By accessing or using the TRYBE website at trybeai.in (“Site”) or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use TRYBE.

These Terms apply to all visitors, waitlist members, and any future registered users of TRYBE.

TRYBE is Kerala's AI-powered travel companion platform — a product engineered by Nexel, a technology company headquartered in Mangalore, India. Nexel's mission is to help businesses and products grow by adopting the latest technology and turning imagination into high-quality software.

TRYBE is currently in pre-launch. The Site serves as a waitlist and informational platform. Features described may not yet be available and are subject to change before launch.

As a Nexel product, TRYBE is built on three core principles that govern how we operate:

• Imagination — Your Vision, Our Build: We listen to what our users need and engineer that reality. If TRYBE does not deliver on its described experience, we want to hear from you.
• Simplicity — Tech Made Simple: TRYBE is built to be accessible to every type of traveller, not just tech-savvy users. If anything feels complicated, that is our problem to fix.
• Output — Real Productivity: Every feature in TRYBE is designed to genuinely help you travel better, not just look impressive.

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive product updates, launch announcements, and travel content from TRYBE via email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We will never spam you.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to TRYBE upon launch. Nexel reserves the right to determine launch timing, regional availability, and user eligibility at its discretion.

All content on the TRYBE Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, blog posts, the Niha AI persona, and all underlying software — is the intellectual property of Nexel or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any TRYBE or Nexel content without explicit written permission. Nexel's name, logo, and the TRYBE brand may not be used in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior consent.

By using TRYBE, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its systems, or Nexel's infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without permission
• Submit false or misleading information when joining the waitlist or contacting us
• Impersonate TRYBE, Nexel, their team members, or other users
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content

TRYBE's blog content is curated by the Nexel team and Niha AI for informational and travel guidance purposes. While we strive for accuracy and verify information where possible, travel details (opening hours, prices, road conditions, accessibility) change frequently.

Always verify critical travel details independently before making bookings or journeys. TRYBE and Nexel are not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or injury arising from reliance on our travel content.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services. These are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Nexel does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of any third-party sites or services.

Nexel prioritises integrity above everything. We build trust through open communication, ethical engineering, and sustainable business practices. If you ever feel that TRYBE has acted in a way that contradicts these values, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly at contact@trybeai.in.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nexel does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of TRYBE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Karnataka, India — where Nexel is headquartered.

Nexel may update these Terms as TRYBE evolves and as legal or operational requirements change. Changes take effect upon posting. For material changes, we will notify waitlist members via email. Continued use of TRYBE after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
