References to “TRYBE”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy refer to Nexel and the TRYBE product. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using TRYBE, you agree to the practices described here.

Transparency is not just a value at Nexel — it is the foundation of every partnership and every product we build. We believe you deserve to know exactly what data we hold, why we hold it, and how it is used. We will never obscure this in fine print.

Information you provide: When you join the TRYBE waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and travel preferences (your “vibe”). If you contact us, we retain your message and contact details.

Usage data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our website — pages visited, time spent, clicks, and device/browser type. This is collected via Google Analytics 4 to help us improve TRYBE.

Cookies: We use essential cookies to operate the site and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can opt out of analytics cookies via your browser settings at any time.

In line with Nexel's client-centric approach and commitment to real productivity, we use your data only for:

• Sending you TRYBE product updates, launch announcements, and travel content (waitlist members only)
• Personalising your experience based on your travel preferences
• Analysing usage patterns to improve TRYBE's features and performance
• Complying with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever. This is a non-negotiable principle at Nexel.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. We apply industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and restrict data access to authorised Nexel personnel only.

Nexel prioritises integrity and security across all its products. We retain waitlist data until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's default retention policy.

TRYBE uses the following third-party services that may process your data as part of our technology ecosystem:

• Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure
• Google Analytics 4 — Usage and traffic analytics
• Vercel — Website hosting and deployment

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them independently.

Nexel is committed to accessible technology — and that includes accessible data rights. You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your jurisdiction

TRYBE is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as TRYBE evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify waitlist members via email. Continued use of TRYBE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
